Products and descriptions

Baletidy UK sells protective bale covers designed for use with hay, straw and haylage bales.

We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, photographs, measurements and prices displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.

Product photographs are provided for illustration purposes. Actual colours and appearance may vary slightly.

Customers should check product descriptions, dimensions and suitability before placing an order.

If you are unsure which Baletidy product is suitable for your requirements, please contact us before purchasing.

Prices and payment

All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (GBP).

The total cost of your order, including any applicable delivery charges, will be shown before you complete your purchase.

We reserve the right to change our product prices at any time. However, price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Payments are processed securely through our payment providers. Baletidy UK does not directly store your full payment card details.

Placing an order

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected.

Once your order has been submitted, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Your order is accepted when we confirm that it has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing error or we are unable to fulfil the order.

If payment has already been taken for an order that we cannot fulfil, we will issue a full refund.

Please ensure that your contact and delivery details are correct when placing your order.

Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders as promptly as possible.

Delivery charges and available delivery options will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Any estimated delivery times provided are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

If there is a delay with your order, we will contact you where reasonably possible.

We are responsible for your order until it has been delivered to you or a person you have nominated to receive it.

Returns and cancellations

If you purchase a product from Baletidy UK online as a consumer, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us at sales@baletidy.co.uk within the cancellation period.

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Unless we have agreed otherwise, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods when cancelling an order because they have changed their mind.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with your statutory rights and our Delivery & Returns Policy.

If your product is faulty, damaged or not as described, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Faulty or damaged products

We take care to ensure that our products are supplied in good condition.

If your Baletidy product arrives damaged, is faulty or is not as described, please contact us at sales@baletidy.co.uk with your order details and a description of the problem.

Photographs may help us investigate and resolve the issue more quickly.

Where goods do not meet the requirements of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights.

Product use and care

Baletidy products are designed to provide protective covering for hay, straw and haylage bales when used as intended.

Customers should follow the product instructions and guidance provided on our website, including our How to Use page.

Products should be fitted correctly and checked regularly for signs of damage or wear.

Care should be taken when handling and securing covers, particularly during adverse weather conditions.

The suitability and performance of a product may depend on factors such as bale size, positioning, weather conditions and correct use.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights if a product is faulty or not as described.

Our responsibility

We aim to provide products that are accurately described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose.

We are not responsible for losses caused by improper use of our products or failure to follow the instructions provided, except where the law makes us responsible.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Intellectual property

The Baletidy name, website content, product photographs, descriptions and original designs belong to Baletidy UK or their respective rights holders.

Baletidy products are protected by UK Registered Designs 4008166 and 4008167.

Our website content, photographs and designs must not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
