The new Draw cord closures have replaced the elasticated versions allowing for a greater control on the security/tightness of the hay/haylage. This may help you reduce wastage.
The water resistant textile lid is secured by means of a draw cord stop closure and strong cord. This gives a greater control of the lid position and is useful when the bale starts to decrease in size. The lid can be secured with the draw cord (by tying the top and bottom cords together) This will ensure it does not fly away if kept outdoors during winter or windy weather.
The water resistant sleeve body has draw cord fastenings to the top and to the bottom.
At Baletidy we strive very hard to deliver your cover in perfect condition and in a timely manner. Our returns policy is designed to help us address any problem that may arrive from your purchase. The following steps should be followed once you have made your purchase.
Step 1) Upon receipt of your Baletidy, please unpack it and check it over. We accept that in order to check this on a hay bale the product may become a little marked or dirty. Once checked, if the Baletidy meets your expectations all is good. If not go to step 2.
Step 2) If you are unhappy please contact us immediately via e-mail and state why. Please give as much information as possible as to why you are unhappy. We will contact you as soon as we can to discuss the issue. We may ask you to return the Baletidy which is explained in Step 3.
Step3) If the Baletidy needs to be returned you will have to arrange this and pay for the return delivery yourself. We expect (as was used to send it to you) that you will use either the Royal Mail Recorded service or a similar traceable service. Baletidy will not accept that goods have been returned, without conclusive proof of posting/tracking. In certain cases we may reimburse you for postage but please be aware, we do not do this as standard. Once we receive the Baletidy, we will inspect it and report our findings to you. Our inspection will be to identify any manufacturing defects and/or third party damage. In the event of manufacturing defects you will be reimbursed for your postage. In respect of third party damage, Baletidy reserves the right to charge for repairs and would notify you prior to any work being carried out.
All returns must be sent within a reasonable time period. We deem reasonable to be within fourteen days. A Baletidy must be returned in an unused condition (as previously stated in step one, we accept the odd mark or bit of straw etc. from checking the product on a bale). We will not issue refunds for heavily used or third party damaged items. If you do not accept these terms please do not order the goods.
